Submit a deletion request
Send the request from the email address connected to your QrBatch account. This allows us to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership.
- After verification, we disable the account and any dynamic QR redirects owned by it.
- We complete deletion from active systems within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed through the normal backup cycle within a further 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- Account profile, email address, authentication identifiers, login tokens, and installation identifiers.
- Generation history, scan history, synchronized scan tasks, usage and quota records, and support metadata associated with the account.
- Dynamic QR codes, destination settings, scan analytics, IP addresses, and approximate location records associated with those codes.
- Backend-granted membership records that are not required for security or legal recordkeeping.
Data that may be retained
Purchase verification, transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and security records may be retained when required by applicable law or needed to establish or defend legal claims. These records are restricted to those purposes and are retained for no longer than seven years unless a longer period is legally required.
Files generated only on your device are not stored in your QrBatch account. Remove them using the app or Android file controls, and uninstall the app if you also want to remove local app data.
Subscriptions
Deleting a QrBatch account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in Google Play before requesting account deletion to prevent future renewal charges.
Delete specific data without deleting the account
You may also email support@qrbatch.com to request deletion of specific account data. Describe the data you want removed and send the request from the account email address.
