Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QrBatch Android application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, safeguarding access to your account, and activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
License
Subject to these Terms, QrBatch grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on supported devices for lawful purposes. The Service and its software, design, branding, and content remain the property of QrBatch or its licensors.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for content you enter, import, generate, scan, export, or share. You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed to process that content. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, readability, safety, and fitness of generated codes before production or distribution.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malicious, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content; bypass limits or security measures; interfere with the Service; reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits; or use automated means to abuse accounts, quotas, billing, or infrastructure.
Free usage, purchases, and subscriptions
The Service may include free quotas, consumable generation credits, and recurring subscriptions. Current products, benefits, prices, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are shown in Google Play before purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to its payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before the next billing date. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and Google Play policies.
Changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, plans, or platform support. We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on internet access, third-party platforms, or device capabilities may be unavailable from time to time.
Third-party services
The Service may link to or depend on third-party services such as Google Play and Google authentication. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. QrBatch is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that generated or scanned codes will meet every operational requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QrBatch and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Revised Terms will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
